All tickets & passes purchased on this website will be delivered as e-tickets. Once your purchase is complete, check your e-mail. You will need to print your ticket(s) or download them on your smartphone and bring them to the event or the Welcome Desk at the Almar Hotel with valid form of ID. All ticket sales, either ONLINE or WEEKEND OF EVENT are final. There are no refunds, even if you are unable to attend an event. You agree to these terms during the checkout process.

ALL events are 21+ and valid government issued photo ID is required at every single event with absolutely NO exceptions that can be made.

VIP, WEEKEND PASSES: your e-ticket(s) will be exchanged for wristbands on site at the H2O Festival Welcome Desk at the Almar Resort. All H2O events are 21 & over and valid photo ID is required at each event. No exceptions.
INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKETS: If you purchased individual tickets to any of the events please print the e-ticket and bring it along with your valid photo ID to the appropriate event for admission.
